Aura Home & Beauty ships orders across 19,000+ serviceable Indian PIN codes spanning Metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 towns via reliable courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and ExpressBees.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are verified and dispatched from our central Indian warehouse within 24 business hours of order placement. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 Business Days
- State Capitals & Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 Business Days

4. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders with a cart subtotal above ₹499. For orders equal to or below ₹499, a standard flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable PIN codes across India. Customers can pay via cash or scan the UPI QR code presented by the courier agent at the time of delivery.
